With all the lifestyle changes many of us have had to make this last year, anxiety has become a real concern for a lot of us. Essential oils can be a wonderful complementary, but do essential oils really work for anxiety?
First I think it’s important for you to know that there are a lot of variables between individuals and how they deal with it and the types of anxiety. For some, it is a minor concern that can feel utterly overwhelming at times but not debilitating. For others, it is debilitating and requires extensive help in a clinical setting because of how severe it is.
If you are suffering from a debilitating form of anxiety, please seek help from a licensed physician. I can’t stress the importance of this enough. Debilitating anxiety is a serious medical concern thatdoes require help.
If you are looking for a tool to use to help you clear your mind, feel more grounded, and soothe how you’re feeling, essential oils can help. They may not be able to help you all by themselves if your anxiety is a result of chemical imbalances within the body or perhaps even previous traumas that you’re trying to work through.
