I think right now, in this space, it's absolutely ok to be or feel whatever it is that that you are. There's a lot that has changed. There's a lot that hasn't.

Beth’s message also reminded me of how great Basil essential oil can be during stressful times. The current pandemic and how it’s changed our lives definitely counts as being stressful to say the least.
