If you're not sure what woodsy oils to use this month, I'm going to help you by sharing them. I'm even going to give you a few ideas on how to use them! Below are the top five that are purchased most frequently: 

  • Alligator Juniper - it's very grounding, protective and soothing (my personal favorite!).

  • Black Spruce - when you are reeling from the heat and tension is rising, this is the perfect oil to help you relax and feel like you're in a cozy forest cabin!

  • Ho Wood - trouble sleeping in the heat? Add a few drops of this to your diffuser or a cotton ball you tuck in your pillow case. It's soooo good!

  • Scotch Pine - this oil is a wonderful purifier and ally for breathe support during difficult times and helps you find your place again when you've become distracted.

  • Sandalwood - this isn't just a grounding oil, it's an oil that's helpful really helping you to find balance during the change of seasons.
