There are several ways to use essential oils. Most frequently, they're diffused and in some cases they’re applied to the skin. In some rare cases, they’re used as a form of aromatic medicine internally. So, where do you apply essential oils for anxiety?
As I mentioned in my previous article, there’s varying degrees to how anxiety is felt and dealt with by each individual. I have a few friends that have anxiety and each has a specific way that they use essential oils to support their needs and each is very different.
The second is by creating hair serum using argan and your oils with a 2-5% dilution. Once you’ve got it ready, you just put it in the tips of your hair.
Another way is to just add a drop or two of your essential oils to the collar of your shirt. This can be done a few times a day. Just remember to take your blend with you so you can reapply.
One final way that you should consider when you’re on the go isnot to apply topically. Instead, use an aroma stick. This will use less oils and last quite a long time. And it’s small enough to fit in your pocket or purse so you can use it whenever you have the need.
