Pure essential oils are very potent plant based products. Get the most you can out of your essential oils by diluting them before applying them to your skin. This not only helps you get the same wonderful benefits from your essential oils but also to get more value out of your bottle.
Since every essential oil, cold pressed extract, absolute, and CO2 offers a different chemistry and set of safety standards it is important to know the dilution rate for each oil. Every oil is as unique as you are!
We offer safety based information on each of our product pages with respect to what method of use to utilize and in many cases a dilution rate for that oil. For any essential oil we do not have one listed for, please reference Robert Tisserand and Rodney Young's Essential Oil Safety 2nd E.
