Return Policy

I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you have ordered a product, and it was not what you had expected, or you just didn't need it after all from Be Kind Botanicals, unless otherwise provided for below, a store credit will be issued for your purchased item less a 10% fee for handling and labor of the original item(s) and less the shipping cost

Please note that Be Kind Botanicals is a small microbusiness and cannot refund your shipping cost or offer shipping label returns for any products you've received.

Additionally, due to the cosmetic regulatory concerns, I'm not able to accept returned products. This is why store credit is offered minus the 10% fee for handling and labor and less the shipping cost.

Refunds for online purchases are not generally offered unless I have made a mistake. If this is the case, a refund will be not mailed in the form of cash or check. It will be refunded back to you using the method of payment used for the initial order.

Refunds issued will not include payment/processing fees associated with your order from the bank. I'm unable to issue those payment/processing fees back as they are not given back to us. This is part of the 10% handling and labor fee noted in the first paragraph of Be Kind Botanicals return policy above.

Refunds are processed on our end within 24 hours but may take the bank system 24-72 hours to show up in your account depending on the day of the week it is processed. Please keep this in mind as I have no control over the time it takes the bank to process refunds.

Custom orders and blends are not able to be refunded. If the item is damaged in some way during shipment, please contact me and I'll send you a replacement.

If you did not receive your order or product is damaged, please contact me within 10 days of purchase. Be Kind Botanicals cannot guarantee refunds or replacements past this time, however I will try my hardest to accommodate you.

Diffusers

When it comes to diffusers, all diffuser concerns should be emailed to: customerservice@newgreenair.com. A phone number to reach them is: 888-548-0040. They are the manufacturing company and provide excellent customer service. Should you not be able to reach them, please contact me directly.

How do you contact us about a possible refund?

Please email us at Lola.King@BKBotanicals.com with any feedback and your concern for your purchase should you require a refund. Make sure to provide a daytime phone number where we may contact you with any questions. 

All refunds and store credit offers are subject to verification of original online sale.
