Return Policy

I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Be Kind Botanicals offers a money back guarantee within 30 days of the original online purchase date indicated on your invoice after speaking with me.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase Be Kind Botanicals, unless otherwise provided for below, I will give you a refund or store credit for your online purchase item in question. 

Refunds for online purchases are not mailed in the form of cash or check. They refunded back to you using the method of payment used for the initial order.

Refunds are processed on our end within 24 hours but may take the bank system 24-72 hours to show up in your account depending on the day of the week it is processed. Please keep this in mind as we have no control over the time it takes the bank to process refunds.

Custom orders and blends are not able to be refunded. If the item is damaged in some way during shipment, please contact us and we can send you a replacement.

If you did not receive your order or product is damaged, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements past this time however we will try our hardest to accommodate you.

When it comes to diffusers, all diffuser concerns should be emailed to: customerservice@newgreenair.com. A phone number to reach them is: 888-548-0040. They are the manufacturing company and provide excellent customer service. Should you not be able to reach them, please contact me directly.

All refunds are subject to verification of original online sale.
