How to become a wholesaler

Welcome to the Be Kind Botanicals, Inc. Wholesale Program! Be Kind Botanicals Inc. is committed to providing products of the highest quality to our customers. We are dedicated to not only supporting our local and global distiller but to you as well. In this program, you will receive our same pure essential oils and high-quality products but at a greater volume and discount than retail customers.

The Be Kind Botanicals Inc. Wholesale Program is designed into a three-tier system. Each tier has a minimum sales amount that must be met to qualify for a discount. Be Kind Botanicals currently allows your total amount of products to weigh into the total price. However, in the future we will be including only essential oil purchases to contribute to the qualifying sales amount.

You may apply via email to participate in Be Kind Botanicals Inc. Wholesale Program. Once Be Kind Botanicals receives your request, an application will be emailed to you to fill out and send back to us. Once Be Kind Botanicals Inc. has qualified your application you will be notified.

Benefits

Once wholesale members have achieved a specific discount tier they will receive that tiers discount for the remainder of the year as well as the following calendar year. To maintain a discount tier, the wholesale members total essential oil sales over the next calendar year must meet or exceed their current tier. If the minimum sales for that tier are not met you will be placed into the tier in which your sales that year added up to.

Please note: there is no minimum requirement of the quantity that must be purchased.

Shipping Information

Due to the large discounts, no shipping or delivery fees (if the wholesale member is local) will be waived. All applicants will pay the full cost of shipping to their business.

USPS Priority Mail is utilized so wholesale members receive their order in a prompt manner with insurance and tracking. If the wholesale member requires UPS or FEDEX shipping, this must be noted prior to the first order placed. If any wholesale member has a UPS or FEDEX account they would like to be utilized, that information must be provided prior to ordering.
