Aroma: This oil has a wonderful deep and balsamic smell that is complimented by a slightly sweet and woody smell. It has some very warm and earthy tones that help balance the aroma we all know an love in an Atlas Cedarwood.
Personal Notes: I have found that this is a great oil to use around younger children when they have colds. It can provide a soothing aroma that aides in rest as well as aiding in calming spasmodic coughs.
Safety Data: This is essential oil is considered non-toxic and generally safe if used properly.
Usage ideas: Create your own blend to diffuse during colds
- 1 drop of German Chamomile
- 2 drops of Rhododendron
- 3 drops of Cedarwood
Emotional/Energetic Qualities: Grounding, calming during stressful transitions, helps take the load off the nervous system, balancing, gives strength.
Recommended applications: Diffuse, topical application using safe dilution ratios, steam inhalation, inhaler.
