Aroma: This particular ginger essential oil was created from fresh ginger and not dried. It is spicy, sweet, radiant, and full of warmth. It has a few hints of citrus notes on the top that give it a fresh smell and allow it to work well as a middle note in blends.
Personal notes: This is a great oil that I like to use in blends for supporting the body in healing from pain and inflammation. I have also used this in blends to reduce the appearance of nausea. It can also be very supportive for the circulation and respiratory systems.
Safety Data: May cause skin irritation for those with sensitive skin. Use in low dilution when applying to the skin, such as in baths or massage oils.
Usage ideas: Make a warming blend during the winter to diffuse or add to your trauma oil.
Emotional/Energetic Qualities: Warms and energizes creating positive momentum with your intentions. Can be protective and balancing.
Recommended applications: Diffuse, topical application using safe dilution ratios, steam inhalation and inhaler in very low dilutions.
