Shelf Life: More than 4-5 years if stored properly
Personal notes: Wow! The aroma of the lavender hydrosol is quite exquisite. It has a very round and rich sweetness that is followed by hints of lush herbal notes. Overall, it is very balanced. It is not too sweet or too herbal like many others!
Upon analyzing the taste, I found when using a 1:1 ratio that it had a sweet and soft herbal taste with the sweetness lingering after. I also noted that the aroma was still very, very fragrant even diluted at this ratio. I noticed very little difference between the diluted and undiluted aroma of this artisan hydrosol.
Distiller & Cultivator notes: This Lavender was wild grown in France and brought straight from there and by Ann Harmon. Ann has been nurturing this lavender for distillation and as luck would have it, one of my favorite artisan distillers was able to procure a small amount.
This is a very limited and special Lavender hydrosol distillation. I know how passionate Ann and my hydrosol distiller are and this distillation is sure to be as amazing as the few select others I offer.
The distiller is the same one who I obtain my USDA Certified Organic Peppermint, Yarrow and Geranium-Lemon balm codistill from in Washington.
