**Please note that this blend will have temporary white labels versus my clear one until I'm able to procure labels without concerns for viral exposure.**
Blend Name: Resilience
Essential oils: Virginia Cedarwood (Juniperus virginiana), Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis), Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea), Clove Bud (Cananga odorata), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis ct cineole), Ironbark Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus staigeriana), Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia), and Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum zeylanicum).
Blend Design:This blend is designed to help soothe, relax, and support healthy immune function.
Aroma: This is by far my most complex aromatic profile to date! The top notes are sweet and spicy but are not overpowering. They're almost subtle! The top notes are followed immediately by a wonderful earthy herbal middle note - undoubtedly from the tea tree! From there, the top and middle notes are followed by a creamy yet mellow woodsy tone from the Virginia Cedarwood. The Sweet Orange allows for this profile to feel fresh on the nose but not too citrusy. It's a delightful blend that I feel is my best to date! Enjoy!
Emotional/Energetic Qualities: Relaxing, calming, and soothing, gentle grounding to be more present, protective, and reflective, somewhat uplifting in spirit.
Recommended applications: Diffusion and topical application using safe dilution ratios at less than 1%.
Safety Data: Clove used alone has the potential for skin and mucous membrane irritation or sensitization. Avoid using Clove with children 2 or under or on any sensitive or damaged skin. Eugenol ( found in Clove) is a potent prostaglandin inhibitor, and should be avoided by people with significant renal (kidney) disease. Eugenol is not contraindicated for pregnancy, but because of the antiplatelet aggregation activity, it’s cautioned against breastfeeding, as it could pass into breast milk. Cinnamon Bark can be used carefully on the skin, but it's not recommended singularly as it can cause burning and blistering along with skin sensitization and contact dermatitis. When using in a skin blend, only use 1 drop per 40 mls. This is a little less than 1 drop per ounce. Tisserand's EOS2 recommends that it not be used during pregnancy, nursing or with children under five. Use care when diffusing as some people's eyes can be sensitive to the Cinnamaldehyde and Eugenol. Even with these two oils being included in this blend in minute amounts, these cautions should be carefully considered.
- Do not place on broken skin.
- Will not prevent, treat, or cure Covid-19 as there are no current research studies for any essential oils as a whole with regards to this virus.
